Returns & Exchanges

Starting a Return

To initiate a return, please email us at care@sanyan.co.uk including your order number and the reason for your return.

Please note: returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender.

 


 

Return Window & Conditions

  • Our return policy is valid for 14 days from the date of delivery. Returned items must be received within this timeframe to qualify for store credit.
  • Returns received after the 14-day window will be accepted with a 50% restocking fee.
  • Items must be returned in their original, pristine condition: unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and accompanied by the original packaging, accessories, and return postcard.
  • Please include the return packing slip with your package.

Please note: All sale items are final and cannot be returned.

 


 

Refunds & Store Credit

We do not issue cash refunds. Instead, all eligible returns will be processed as store credit in the form of an E-Gift Card. 

  • Store credit will be emailed to you once your return has been processed, typically within 3–5 business days of receipt.
  • The credit will arrive as a unique code that can be applied seamlessly at checkout.
  • If you do not receive your credit within 5 business days, please contact us with your order number, return request ID, and return tracking number.

 



Exchanges

We are unable to offer direct exchanges. Due to the limited nature of our collections, we cannot guarantee that an item will remain in stock by the time your return is received. We recommend placing a new order as soon as your desired item becomes available.

Shipping Responsibility

  • Clients are responsible for all return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.
  • In cases where we have made an error with your order, we may cover the cost of return shipping. This must be agreed with us in writing prior to your return being sent.

 


 

Gift Cards & Final Sale Items

  • Gift cards and clearance pieces are final sale and cannot be returned.
  • If final sale items are sent back to us, they will either be returned to you or subject to a 50% restocking fee.

 


 

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

In the rare event that your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 2 days of delivery. We will try our best to work swiftly to resolve the issue and ensure your satisfaction.

 


 

Order Cancellations

  • Orders, including pre-orders, may only be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase.
  • Please note that submitting a cancellation request does not guarantee cancellation, as processing may begin immediately after your order is placed.
  • Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

 


 

Order Amendments

We kindly ask that you carefully review your order before checkout, including shipping address, item selection, sizes, and discount codes. Once your order has been placed, we may not be able to make adjustments.
