Starting a Return

We want every Sanyan piece to feel right for you. If something isn't quite working, we're here to help — just email us at care@sanyan.co.uk with your order number and the reason for your return, and we'll guide you through the next steps.

Please get in touch before sending anything back so we can make the process as smooth as possible for you.

Return Window & Conditions

• Full refund to your original payment method: Return within 14 days of delivery, in original unworn, unwashed, and unaltered condition with original packaging and return postcard.
• Store credit (E-Gift Card): Return within 15–28 days of delivery in original condition and we'll issue you store credit to use on your next order.
• Please include the return packing slip with your package.
• Sale items are final sale and not eligible for return.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds to your original payment method are processed within 5–7 business days. Store credit E-Gift Cards are emailed within 3–5 business days of receipt.

Exchanges

Because our collections are limited edition, we can't guarantee an item will still be available by the time your return reaches us. To secure your preferred size or style, we recommend placing a new order as soon as possible — then return the original item within the return window.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. If we've made an error with your order, we'll cover the cost — just confirm this with us in writing before sending anything back.

Gift Cards & Sale Items

Gift cards and clearance pieces are final sale and cannot be returned.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

In the rare event something arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please let us know within 2 days of delivery at care@sanyan.co.uk. We'll make it right, swiftly.

Order Cancellations

Orders (including pre-orders) can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. Please note that submitting a request doesn't guarantee cancellation if processing has already begun. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can't be cancelled.

Order Amendments

Please review your order carefully before checkout — including address, sizes, and any discount codes. Once placed, we may not be able to make changes.
